This was a gift to us on our wedding 8 months ago by N&J. Its an old children's board game which I believe originated in the 6th century in India called Ludo. It largely involves the ability to roll dice with a tiny bit of strategy thrown in. I love the wooden yellow bird - the color so cheerful and its stance appears thoughtful!
The title of this blog comes from one of my favorite songs, Moon River.
Moon River, wider than a mile,
I'm crossing you in style some day.
Oh, dream maker, you heart breaker,
Wherever you're going I'm going your way.
Two drifters off to see the world.
There's such a lot of world to see.
We're after the same rainbow's end;
Waiting 'round the bend,
My Huckleberry friend,
Moon River and me.
I'm crossing you in style some day.
Oh, dream maker, you heart breaker,
Wherever you're going I'm going your way.
Two drifters off to see the world.
There's such a lot of world to see.
We're after the same rainbow's end;
Waiting 'round the bend,
My Huckleberry friend,
Moon River and me.
