Our Weekend: NYC in the Fall
Its my absolute favorite season and its definitely and finally here :)
We had a lovely weekend, with a birthday, brunch and long walks in Union Square and Central Park.
I love Fall - Jackets, Sweaters, Boots and the changing colors :)
