Poetry in Motion

To you.
Stranger! if you, passing, meet me, and desire to speak to me, why should you
not speak to me?
And why should I not speak to you?
Walt Whitman
Poetry in Motion places poetry in the transit systems of cities throughout the country.
I've been reading them for the past five years and they've been privy to my many moods - when I'm exhausted returning from a long day at work, happy after a fun dinner with Rohit or lunch with my girlfriends, nervous about an exam or interview and ever so rarely when I'm truly, heartbreakingly sad. I love reading these little poems and they are like an unexpected lovely surprise at the end of a day.
